StaySaver acts solely as an intermediary platform between users and hotel/service providers unless explicitly stated otherwise. The hotel or accommodation provider is responsible for providing the actual accommodation services.
2. Eligibility
By using StaySaver, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
- You are at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction
- All information provided by you is accurate and complete
- You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes
StaySaver reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if false, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.

Users may create an account to:

- Receive faster checkout experiences
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Protecting login credentials
- All activities conducted through your account

4. Booking Process
When making a reservation through StaySaver:
- You agree to the applicable hotel policies, cancellation terms, and pricing conditions shown during booking
- Bookings are subject to availability and hotel confirmation
- Additional hotel-specific conditions may apply
- The booking confirmation email serves as proof of reservation
A reservation becomes confirmed only after successful processing and issuance of booking confirmation.
Hotels may refuse check-in if:
- Valid identification is not provided
- Payment obligations are not met
- Guest conduct violates hotel policies
- Local legal requirements are not satisfied
5. Day-Use & Hourly Stay Conditions
StaySaver specializes in flexible stay durations including day-use and hourly bookings.
Users acknowledge that:
- Check-in and check-out times for day-use stays differ from standard overnight stays
- Access to hotel facilities may vary depending on the booking
- Certain amenities may be unavailable for short-duration stays
- Hotels may impose operational restrictions on day-use reservations
The specific time slot booked by the user must be respected.
Late check-outs may result in additional charges imposed by the hotel.
6. Pricing & Taxes
Prices displayed on StaySaver may include or exclude:
- Taxes
- Service fees
- City taxes
- Tourism fees
- Property charges
- Payment gateway fees
Applicable taxes and charges may vary depending on:
- Hotel location
- Local regulations
- Guest nationality
- Payment method
Users are responsible for paying all applicable charges associated with their reservation.
StaySaver reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or system mistakes at any time.
7. Payments
Depending on the booking type, payments may be:
- Paid directly at the hotel
- Paid partially online
- Paid fully online
- Secured using card authorization or guarantee hold
Payment methods may include:
- Credit/debit cards
- Online payment gateways
- Digital wallets
- Third-party payment processors
StaySaver may use external payment providers for secure payment processing.
Certain hotels may require:
- Security deposits
- Incidental holds

Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient payment authorization.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel, rate plan, booking type, and promotional offer selected during reservation.
General Rules
- Some bookings may allow free cancellation before a specified deadline
- Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable
- Refund timelines depend on payment providers and banking systems
- "No-show" bookings may result in cancellation charges
For day-use reservations, cancellation windows may differ from overnight stays.
StaySaver does not guarantee refunds for:
- Failure to check in
- Invalid guest documentation
- Personal schedule changes

- Force majeure events affecting travel
Where applicable, refunds shall be processed according to the hotel's cancellation policy and payment provider procedures.
9. Hotel Rules & Guest Responsibilities
Users agree to comply with all hotel rules including but not limited to:
- Identification requirements
- Occupancy limits
- Visitor restrictions
- Smoking policies
- Noise regulations
- Pet policies
- Property damage rules
Hotels reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests violating hotel policies or applicable laws.
Any damages caused by guests shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.
10. Identification & Check-In Requirements
Hotels may require guests to provide:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Valid payment card
- Visa or travel documents where applicable
- Proof of booking
StaySaver is not responsible if a hotel denies check-in due to missing or invalid documentation.
11. Platform Availability
StaySaver aims to maintain uninterrupted access to its services but does not guarantee:
- Continuous platform availability
- Error-free operation
- Uninterrupted booking functionality
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical failures
- Security updates
- Third-party service interruptions
12. Third-Party Services
StaySaver may integrate with or link to third-party services including:
- Hotels
- Payment providers
- Maps and location services
- Analytics tools
- Customer support systems
StaySaver is not responsible for third-party content, services, or actions.
13. Fraud Prevention & Security
StaySaver reserves the right to:
- Verify user identity
- Investigate suspicious activity
- Cancel fraudulent bookings
- Restrict abusive users
- Request additional verification
Users must not:
- Use stolen payment methods
- Abuse promotional offers
- Perform automated scraping
- Attempt unauthorized system access
- Engage in unlawful activities
Users should remain cautious of phishing attempts and fake payment requests.
StaySaver will never request passwords, OTPs, or sensitive banking credentials through unofficial channels.
14. Intellectual Property
All Platform content including:
- Logos
- Branding
- Software
- Designs
- Text
- Graphics
- Images
- Trademarks
are owned by or licensed to StaySaver and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StaySaver shall not be liable for:
- Hotel service quality
- Guest disputes with hotels
- Booking cancellations by hotels
- Property conditions
- Loss of belongings
- Travel interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party actions
- Technical errors or pricing inaccuracies
Hotels remain solely responsible for accommodation services provided to guests.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StaySaver, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Guest misconduct
- Payment disputes
17. Force Majeure
StaySaver shall not be liable for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- War
- Civil unrest
- Internet failures
- Power outages
- Transportation disruptions
18. Changes to These Terms
StaySaver may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Termination
StaySaver may suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice if users:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraud or abuse
- Cause harm to hotels or users
- Misuse promotional systems
- Violate applicable laws
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction determined by StaySaver's operating entity, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

1. Introduction
These Hotel Partner Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between StaySaver ("Platform", "StaySaver", "we", "our", or "us") and the hotel, property owner, accommodation provider, or authorized representative ("Hotel", "Partner", "you", or "your") using the StaySaver platform for listing, managing, promoting, and selling accommodation inventory.
By registering, accessing, or using the StaySaver platform, the Partner agrees to comply with this Agreement.
StaySaver operates as an online travel and booking technology platform connecting travelers with accommodation providers for short stays, day-use bookings, flexible stays, overnight stays, hourly stays, or other accommodation-related services.
2. Scope of Services
StaySaver may provide the following services to Partners:
- Accommodation listing and promotion
- Reservation management tools
- Payment facilitation
- Marketing and promotional campaigns
- Customer support coordination
- Availability and pricing management
- Reporting and analytics tools
- Technology integrations and APIs
StaySaver reserves the right to modify, suspend, add, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Nature of Relationship
StaySaver acts solely as a technology and marketplace intermediary between guests and accommodation providers.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- StaySaver is not the owner, operator, manager, or controller of the Hotel.
- The accommodation contract is entered directly between the Guest and the Hotel.
- The Hotel remains solely responsible for providing accommodation services to Guests.
- StaySaver does not guarantee occupancy, booking volume, revenue, or customer traffic.
4. Eligibility & Authority
By registering on StaySaver, the Partner represents and warrants that:
- It legally owns, manages, leases, or operates the listed property;
- It possesses all licenses, permits, approvals, and authorizations required under applicable laws;
- The individual accepting this Agreement has full authority to bind the Partner;
- All information submitted to StaySaver is accurate and up to date.
5. Property Listings
The Partner agrees to provide accurate and complete information including:
- Property name and address
- Room details and amenities
- Images and descriptions
- Pricing and taxes
- Availability
- House rules and restrictions
- Cancellation policies
- Safety and accessibility information
The Partner is solely responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded to StaySaver:
- Is accurate and not misleading;
- Does not violate intellectual property rights;
- Does not contain unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent content.
StaySaver reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate this Agreement or applicable laws.
6. Pricing & Rate Integrity
The Partner shall provide accurate pricing and availability at all times.
The Partner agrees that:
- Published rates shall include all mandatory charges unless expressly disclosed otherwise;
- Guests shall not be charged hidden or undisclosed fees;
- Rates and inventory uploaded to StaySaver shall remain valid and bookable;
- Intentional overbooking or price manipulation is prohibited.
StaySaver may participate in promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, sponsored visibility programs, or marketing campaigns subject to prior agreement or platform settings.
7. Reservations & Booking Fulfillment
The Partner shall honor all confirmed reservations received through StaySaver.
Upon confirmation:
- The Hotel must provide the booked room category or a reasonable equivalent;
- The Hotel shall not refuse check-in for valid reservations except under lawful circumstances;
- The Hotel is responsible for operational delivery of accommodation services.
In case of overbooking or inability to accommodate a Guest, the Partner may be required to:
- Arrange alternative accommodation of equivalent or higher standard;
- Bear relocation costs;
- Refund affected Guests;
- Compensate StaySaver for customer support and dispute resolution expenses.
8. Guest Identification & Compliance
The Partner is solely responsible for:
- Verifying guest identity;
- Maintaining legally required guest records;
- Conducting local registration or reporting obligations;
- Complying with anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, tourism, hospitality, immigration, taxation, health, and safety laws applicable in its jurisdiction.
StaySaver does not verify the legality of guest stays or local compliance obligations of the Partner.
9. Day-Use & Flexible Stay Bookings
For day-use, hourly, or flexible duration bookings:
- The Partner shall ensure room availability during the reserved slot;
- Early check-in or late checkout outside booked duration may be charged separately at the Hotel's discretion;
- The Partner may define operational restrictions, usage policies, and access conditions provided they are clearly disclosed on the listing.
Cancellation, refund, or no-show policies for day-use stays may vary based on booking type and payment structure.
10. Payments & Commissions
StaySaver may operate under one or more commercial models including:
- Commission model
- Merchant/payment collection model
- Subscription model
- Advertising/promotional model
- Hybrid commercial structures
Applicable commissions, payment schedules, transaction fees, taxes, chargeback handling, and settlement timelines shall be separately agreed between StaySaver and the Partner.
The Partner authorizes StaySaver to:
- Collect payments from Guests where applicable;
- Deduct commissions, refunds, penalties, taxes, chargebacks, or adjustments;
- Issue invoices, receipts, or settlement reports electronically.
11. Taxes
The Partner is solely responsible for:
- Determining applicable taxes;
- Collection and remittance of taxes;
- Compliance with local tax laws;
- Issuing legally compliant invoices where required.
StaySaver does not provide tax or legal advice.
12. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows
The Partner shall maintain accurate cancellation and refund policies.
The Partner acknowledges that:
- Refunds may be initiated under platform policies, guest protection policies, fraud prevention measures, payment disputes, or exceptional circumstances;
- StaySaver may process partial or full refunds when reasonably necessary to protect customers or comply with legal obligations;
- No-show handling shall follow the applicable booking policy selected by the Partner.
13. Reviews & Ratings
Guests may leave reviews, ratings, comments, photos, or feedback regarding their stay experience.
StaySaver reserves the right to:
- Publish, moderate, remove, or investigate reviews;
- Remove fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or manipulated reviews;
- Use reviews and ratings for ranking and platform quality purposes.
The Partner shall not manipulate reviews directly or indirectly.
14. Partner Obligations
The Partner agrees to:
- Maintain service quality standards;
- Ensure rooms are clean, safe, and operational;
- Provide booked amenities as advertised;
- Maintain professional conduct with Guests;
- Avoid discriminatory behavior;
- Respond to customer complaints promptly;
- Maintain updated contact information.
15. Prohibited Conduct
The Partner shall not:
- Submit false inventory or misleading information;
- Engage in fraudulent bookings;
- Circumvent StaySaver transactions;
- Divert customers away from the platform unlawfully;
- Manipulate rankings, reviews, or pricing;
- Use automated systems to abuse platform functionality;
- Violate sanctions, export controls, or anti-corruption laws.
16. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of its trademarks, branding, software, content, and intellectual property.
The Partner grants StaySaver a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use:
- Property names
- Logos
- Images
- Descriptions
- Promotional content
for platform operation, marketing, and promotional purposes.
17. Data Protection & Privacy
Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
The Partner shall:
- Protect guest personal information;
- Use guest data only for legitimate booking fulfillment purposes;
- Implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures;
- Notify StaySaver promptly of any suspected data breach or unauthorized access.
Cybersecurity and guest data protection obligations remain the responsibility of both parties where applicable.
18. Platform Availability
StaySaver does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical failures
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Third-party outages
- Force majeure events
StaySaver may modify platform features without prior notice.
19. Indemnification
The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless StaySaver and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against claims arising from:
- Property operations;
- Guest injuries or damages;
- Regulatory violations;
- Fraud or misconduct;
- Intellectual property violations;
- Tax liabilities;
- Misrepresentation by the Partner.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- StaySaver shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages;
- StaySaver's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total commissions earned from the Partner during the preceding agreed period;
- StaySaver shall not be liable for Guest conduct, third-party acts, property conditions, or service interruptions.
21. Suspension & Termination
StaySaver may suspend or terminate the Partner account immediately if:
- The Partner violates this Agreement;
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- Excessive customer complaints occur;
- Legal or regulatory risks arise;
- Required documentation is not provided.
The Partner may terminate participation by providing written notice subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.
Existing bookings made before termination may remain enforceable.
22. Confidentiality
Both parties shall keep confidential all non-public business, technical, operational, financial, and customer information received during the relationship.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this Agreement.
23. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Cyberattacks
- War
- Labor disputes
- Internet or infrastructure failures
24. Amendments
StaySaver may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Updated versions become effective upon publication or notification through the platform.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction where enforcement is sought, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection or hospitality regulations applicable locally.
Where permitted by applicable law:
- Disputes may first be attempted to be resolved amicably;
- Parties may agree to mediation, arbitration, or competent courts;
- Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory legal rights applicable under local laws.
26. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties;
- Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute waiver;
- If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions shall continue in effect;
- The Partner may not assign rights without StaySaver's consent;
- Electronic acceptance and digital records shall be legally binding where permitted by law.
